Additional informationMally is not to meet dogs and they are to be actively avoided on walks. He likes to chase small fluffy animals, no cats or caged pets.
Family and environment
What kind of family am I looking for?Mally is a very sweet boy once he knows you and is very good and letting you know when he feels uncomfortable. He needs an adult only family who can read his body language and not put him in situation that make him feel uneasy. No young visiting children.
What type of environment would suit me?He is full of energy and as he will not be allowed off lead on his walks requires a private 6ft fenced garden, in a low dog populated area due to his ongoing training needs when avoiding dogs. No neighbouring dogs please.
Things to noteMally absolutely loves tennis balls and would play with them all day if he could. He does also like to play with soft squeaky toys and also to destroy them. Mally has bundles of energy and loves a good play but then also a good snooze on the sofa. He is a big boy and can be strong on lead, he is currently being walked on a Halti.
Before we get started, please confirm you’re comfortable with the level of ongoing support Mally needs. If you’re ready to make that commitment you won’t be on your own: our specialist teams will be on hand for as long as you need us.
