Can I be left alone?
No
Rio arrived with us as a stray so may not be used to living in a home environment. She will need plenty of time to settle before gradually being introduced to being left home alone. It is highly likely Rio will need toilet training from scratch.

Rio can get frustrated when seeing other dogs and tends to bark and pull towards them. With careful, patient training, she will eventually be able to interact calmly with other dogs. Rio is not suitable to live with cats or smaller pets.Family and environment
What kind of family am I looking for?
Rio loves attention and could share her home with children over the age of 7 years who understand to give her space when she needs it.What type of environment would suit me?
Rio would suit a home with a fully secure, private garden where she can run around and safely explore. No neighbouring dogs please. Due to her current behaviour when seeing other dogs, she needs to live in an area where she won't bump into many dogs on walks to allow her training to progress positively.About Rio
Rio would love an active home. She would excel as something like agility and really needs to use her brain! She is a little pocket rocket who is super affectionate too! She loves her walks and really enjoys being out and about exploring!Rio is a very sociable little lady and enjoys playing with people. She has great terrier energy and loves to wriggle. She's very sweet when she snuggles under her blankets and makes a little cave.
Rio will be a fantastic little dog for a new family who can keep up with her and are willing to work with her to improve her behaviour around other dogs.
